- veg fried rice – 3 cup
- butter – 2 tbsp
- mozzarella cheese – 2 tbsp grated
- oregano seasoning – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- Prepare the veg fried rice.
- cut the tops of the capsicums and remove the seeds.
- grease the capsicums with butter.
- stuff the capsicums with this fried rice and sprinkle some grated mozzarella cheese.
- Now sprinkle oregano seasoning.
- preheat the oven at 160 degree c.
- bake for 8 to 15 mins depending on the size of capsicums.
