How to make tomato soup at home | Easy and Creamy tamatar soup with step by step photos:
1. Firstly, cut the veggies into bite-sized pieces.
2. Further, heat the butter in a pressure cooker, once the butter melts, add onions, bay leaf, ginger, and garlic. Cook the vegetables for 2-3 minutes.
3. Additionally, add tomatoes, chopped potato, amla, carrot, beetroot, salt, and water.
4. Mix it well and pressure cooks them for 4-5 whistles.
5. After that, turn off the flame and let the pressure come down naturally. Do not open the lid immediately.
6. Now, open the cover and let it cool down the boiled vegetables further before grinding.
7. Further, take it out in a blending jar and blend it into a paste.

- 1 inch Ginger
- 4 clove Garlic
- 1 medium Beetroot
- 1 medium Carrot
- 3 piece Amla
- 1 medium Potato
- ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Sugar / Sugarfree
- 1 tbsp Butter / Oil
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Bay Leaf
- ½ tsp M.S.G. / Ajinomoto
- ¾ tsp Salt (adjust as per taste)
- 1 liter Water
