Ingredients
350gramsCabbage / Patta Gobhi(Chopped and rinsed)
3tbspMustard Oil
2medium Onion(sliced)
¼tspAsafoetida / Heeng
½tspRai / Mustard Seeds
½tspCumin Seeds / Jeera
2Green Chilli(slit)
2tspGinger(finely chopped)
2medium Potato(diced)
1medium Tomato(diced)
¾cupGreen Peas
1tspRed Chilli Powder
½tspTurmeric Powder
1tspSalt
1½Coriander Powder
½tspAmchur Powder
½tspGaram Masala

Instructions
Heat mustard oil until it smokes, then lower the flame.
Add heeng, mustard seeds, and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
Further, add sliced onions, green chilies, and ginger. Sauté until golden.
After that, add chopped potatoes and salt. Cook for 3–4 minutes.
Now, add cabbage, tomatoes, and green peas. Mix well, cover, and cook on medium flame for 3–4 minutes.
Add red chili powder, turmeric, and coriander powder. Mix well.
Cover and cook on low flame for 10–12 minutes until veggies are soft, stirring occasionally.
Add amchur powder and garam masala to the aloo patta gobhi sabji. Mix and cook for 1 minute on high flame.
