- Firstly, Wash the green chillies and drain the excess water. 
- Pat dry them with a clean towel. 
- Secondly, remove the stem and chop the hari Mirchi into small pieces. 
- After that, heat a wok/kadhai on medium flame and add mustard oil. 
- Add Grounded Rai / Mustard seeds, Asafoetida (Hing), Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Amchur Powder (Dry Mango Powder), and Salt. 
- Mix well all the ingredients. 
- Additionally, add chopped green chillies and mix well. 
- Cook them only for a minute. 
- Now Switch off the gas. Please don’t overcook the green chilies. 
- Let it cool and stir in between.
