How to make maggi bread balls | Maggi appe:
In a pan, bring water to a boil, and add MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic and Maggi tastemaker. Stir well.
Add Maggi noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Ensure noodles are 90% cooked and dry, then turn off the heat. Let the noodles cool slightly.
Cut the edges of the bread slices and cut each slice in half.
Lightly dip the bread in water for a few seconds. Squeeze out excess water.
Place the damp bread slice on your palm and add 1 tsp of the Maggi filling to the center.
Fold and gather the edges around the filling to form a ball. Smooth out any gaps by gently pressing the ball. Repeat for all slices.
Heat the appe pan over medium heat and grease each mould with oil.
Place the bread balls in the pan.
Cook on low-medium heat, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy (about 6-8 minutes).
Remove the Maggi bread balls from the pan and serve hot with ketchup, mayo, chilli garlic sauce, or chutney.
