Ingredients

Ingredients for Maggi Masala Pasta Recipe Without Vegetables

  • 1 cup Penne Pasta (or any pasta of choice)
  • 4 cups Water (for boiling)
  • ½ tsp Salt (for boiling)
  • 1 tbsp Oil or Butter
  • 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 packet MAGGI Masala-Ae-Magic
  • ½ tsp Oregano (for extra flavour)
  • ½ tsp Chili Flakes
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala
  • ½ tsp Chaat Masala
  • ½ tsp Salt (adjust as per taste)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)

Instructions

  • Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
  • Heat oil or butter in a pan. Sauté ginger-garlic paste until aromatic.
  • Add MAGGI Masala-Ae-Magic, garam masala, chili flakes, chaat masala, and salt. Stir well.
  • Add boiled pasta and toss to coat evenly with the masala. Sprinkle oregano and mix well.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot. Enjoy!
