Ingredients for Maggi Masala Pasta Recipe Without Vegetables
1cupPenne Pasta(or any pasta of choice)
4cupsWater(for boiling)
½tspSalt(for boiling)
1tbspOil or Butter
1tspGinger-Garlic Paste
1packetMAGGI Masala-Ae-Magic
½tspOregano(for extra flavour)
½tspChili Flakes
½tspGaram Masala
½tspChaat Masala
½tspSalt(adjust as per taste)
1tbspFresh Coriander Leaves(finely chopped)
Instructions
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
Heat oil or butter in a pan. Sauté ginger-garlic paste until aromatic.
Add MAGGI Masala-Ae-Magic, garam masala, chili flakes, chaat masala, and salt. Stir well.
Add boiled pasta and toss to coat evenly with the masala. Sprinkle oregano and mix well.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot. Enjoy!
