- 2 medium-sized Ripe mangoes (approx. 1 to 1¼ cups peeled and chopped)
- 1½ cups Chilled milk (adjust to desired thickness)
- 2 tsp Sugar-free (or to taste, depending on mango sweetness)
- 5 Ice Cubes (optional)
- 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream (optional, for a creamy texture)
Peel and chop 2 ripe mangoes (about 1 to 1¼ cups pulp).
Blend mangoes with 2-3 tsp sugar-free until smooth.
Add 1½ to 2 cups chilled milk and 4–5 ice cubes. Blend again until frothy.
(Optional) Add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream for a richer taste and blend once more.
Pour into glasses, top with more ice cream or mango cubes (optional), and serve immediately.
