Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized Ripe mangoes (approx. 1 to 1¼ cups peeled and chopped)
  • cups Chilled milk (adjust to desired thickness)
  • 2 tsp Sugar-free (or to taste, depending on mango sweetness)
  • 5 Ice Cubes (optional)
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream (optional, for a creamy texture)

Instructions

  • Peel and chop 2 ripe mangoes (about 1 to 1¼ cups pulp).
  • Blend mangoes with 2-3 tsp sugar-free until smooth.
  • Add 1½ to 2 cups chilled milk and 4–5 ice cubes. Blend again until frothy.
  • (Optional) Add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream for a richer taste and blend once more.
  • Pour into glasses, top with more ice cream or mango cubes (optional), and serve immediately.
