Ingredients
Ingredients for Vegetable Oats Uttapam Recipe:
1cupOats(powdered)
½cupSemolina / Sooji / Rava
½cupCurd / Dahi
½cupWater(adjust as needed)
½tspSalt(adjust as per taste)
½tspBaking Soda
¼cupOnion(finely chopped)
¼cupTomato(finely chopped)
¼cupCapsicum(finely chopped)
¼cupCarrot(grated)
2tbspCoriander Leaves(finely chopped)
1Green Chili(finely chopped - optional)
½tspBlack Pepper(crushed)
2tbspOil / Ghee(for cooking)
Instructions
Mix oats, semolina, curd, salt, and water to form a thick batter. Rest for 10–15 minutes.
Prepare the vegetable topping by mixing onion, tomato, capsicum, carrot, chili, coriander, cumin, and black pepper.
Heat a pan, pour batter, and spread slightly. Add vegetable topping and press gently.
Cook on medium flame until golden brown, flip, and cook the other side.
