Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe Avocado
  • 1 tsp Lime juice
  • 1.5 tbsp Fresh Coriander / Cilantro (finely chopped)
  • 1.5 tbsp Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Tomato (seeds removed and finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Green Chilli or Jalapeño or Serrano Pepper (finely chopped)
  • ¼ tsp Pepper Powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Oregano Seasoning
  • ¼ tsp Chilli Flakes

Instructions

  • Prepare the Avocado: Cut the avocado, remove the seed, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash to your preferred consistency.
  • Add Lime Juice: Add lime juice immediately and mix well to prevent browning.
  • Mix in Fresh Ingredients: Add chopped onion, coriander, tomato (without seeds), and green chilli or jalapeño.
  • Season the Guacamole: Add black pepper, salt, oregano, and red chilli flakes. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Mix and Serve: Combine everything well. Serve fresh as a dip or topping with nachos, tacos, or sandwiches.
