Ingredients
1Ripe Avocado
1tspLime juice
1.5tbspFresh Coriander / Cilantro(finely chopped)
1.5tbspOnion(finely chopped)
1tbspTomato(seeds removed and finely chopped)
1tspGreen Chilli or Jalapeño or Serrano Pepper(finely chopped)
¼tspPepper Powder
¼tspSalt
½tspOregano Seasoning
¼tspChilli Flakes
Instructions
Prepare the Avocado: Cut the avocado, remove the seed, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash to your preferred consistency.
Add Lime Juice: Add lime juice immediately and mix well to prevent browning.
Mix in Fresh Ingredients: Add chopped onion, coriander, tomato (without seeds), and green chilli or jalapeño.
Season the Guacamole: Add black pepper, salt, oregano, and red chilli flakes. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Mix and Serve: Combine everything well. Serve fresh as a dip or topping with nachos, tacos, or sandwiches.
