Firstly hand-shred the cabbage into bite-sized pieces as per the pic, wash, and thoroughly dry.
Cut the onions, and bell peppers into julienne style, finely chop the garlic, and grate the ginger.
Further, heat oil in a wok/kadai on a high flame.
Once the oil becomes hot, add chopped garlic cloves and Saute till the garlic is light brown.
Further, add chopped onions and saute for about 1-2 minutes on low-medium heat until the onions are translucent. Keep stirring often.
Now add grated ginger, chopped cabbage, and bell peppers to the kadai.
Add red chili powder, Black pepper powder, and salt, and stir all the ingredients.
Cook them for about 2-3 minutes on low-medium heat. Keep stirring in between.
Now add soy sauce, vinegar, and homemade chili garlic sauce and mix well.
Cook them for about 1-2 minutes on high flame until water is evaporated.
Make sure that the dosa filling is not overcooked.
Transfer the dosa filling or stuffing into a bowl and keep aside.
