Ingredients
1Onion(finely chopped)
½Capsicum(finely chopped)
1Tomato(finely chopped)
1tbspCarrot(grated)
2tbspCabbage(finely chopped)
1tspGrated Ginger
1Green Chilli(finely chopped)
2tbspCoriander(finely chopped)
1tspSalt
½tspChaat Masala
¼tspRed Chilli Powder
2cupsDosa Batter
Oil for cooking(as needed)
Instructions
Mix all chopped vegetables with ½ tsp salt, chaat masala, and red chilli powder. Set aside to let the flavors blend.
Take fermented dosa batter and add ½ tsp salt and mix well. Adjust consistency if needed to keep it thick yet pourable.
Heat a non-stick or iron tawa over a medium flame. Lightly grease it with oil.
Pour a ladleful of batter and spread it into a thick round.
Add the mixed vegetable mixture on top, and press gently.
Drizzle oil around edges, and cook until golden.
Flip and cook until veggies are lightly roasted.
Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar. Sprinkle a little chaat masala on top for extra street-style flavor.
