Ingredients
1½cupsRoasted Vermicelli / Java
2litres Milk
½cupsSugar(adjust to taste)
3tbspChopped Cashews and almonds
1tbspRaisins / Kishmish
¼tspCardamom Powder
Instructions
Boil the milk in a heavy-bottomed pan, stirring occasionally.
Add roasted vermicelli and mix well. If using unroasted vermicelli, roast it in ghee before adding.
Add cardamom powder and stir to combine.
Cook the vermicelli on medium flame for 10-12 minutes or until soft, stirring occasionally.
Add sugar and stir until fully dissolved.
Add chopped cashews, almonds, and raisins. Simmer for 5-6 minutes.
Garnish with chopped cashews and almonds and serve. Enjoy warm or chilled.
