This beetroot pasta recipe in red sauce was new to me until I saw it in a cooking show. It is made from rice, scratch, and beetroot. This beet pasta is gluten-free and no maida and easily available in the market.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Beetroot Pasta (Any shape pasta)
- 1 cup Fresh Tomato Pulp
- 1 tbsp Onion Paste (grind the onion)
- 1½ tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 1 tsp oregano seasoning
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp Cheese
- 1½ tsp Salt (or adjust as per taste)
- 3 tsp Olive Oil
Instructions
Instructions for How to boil pasta for Beet pasta recipe:
- Firstly, boil 6-7 cups of water in a deep utensil.
- Now add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp oil and mix well.
- After that, water comes to a boil then add the beetroot pasta.
- Cook it for 15-20 minutes or till the fusilli pasta is 90% cooked.
- To check the beetroot fusilli pasta is cooked or not, press it with your hands. pasta has turned soft.
- Strain the pasta in a sieve to drain the excess water.
- Wash the pasta with cold water so that the cooking process is stopped and excess starch is removed.
- Keep the boiled beetroot pasta aside.

- Firstly, heat 2 tsp olive oil in a non-stick pan.
- After that, add the onion paste, Ginger Garlic Paste, and let it cook for one minute.
- Add tomato pulp to the above mixture and let it cook for at least 4-5 minutes on low flame.
- You can also use Readymade pasta sauce instead of raw tomato pulp. This can save up to 5 minutes in your cooking time.
- Additionally, add the ketchup, dried oregano, black pepper powder, and red chili flakes and stir well.
- Further, add the cheese and ½ tsp salt and mix well.
- Now add boiled farfalle beet pasta to the above ingredients.
- Mix all the beetroot pasta ingredients well.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes and stir in between.
- Finally, quick and delicious Beetroot pasta in tomato sauce is ready to be served.
- Serve this tasty Fusilli Pasta along with garlic bread and salad for dinner.
