4. Once the oil becomes hot, add chopped garlic cloves and Saute till the garlic is light brown.
5. Further, add chopped onions and saute for about 1-2 minutes on low-medium heat until the onions are translucent. Keep stirring often.
6. Now add grated ginger, chopped cabbage, and bell peppers to the kadai.
7. Add ½ tsp Kashmiri red chili powder, ¼ tsp black pepper powder, and 1 tsp salt, and stir all the ingredients.
8. Cook them for about 2-3 minutes on low-medium heat. Keep stirring in between.
9. Now add 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, and 1 tsp homemade chili garlic sauce and mix well.
