2cupsCholai/Rajgira/Amaranthpuffed
1cupSugar
½cupWater
1tspGheefor greasing the tray and lightly coating your hands
Instructions
Grease a tray or plate with a little ghee and keep it ready.
Prepare a sugar syrup by cooking sugar and water until slightly thick and sticky.
Add puffed cholai (rajgira) and mix quickly until evenly coated with the syrup.
Immediately transfer the mixture to the greased tray.
Spread and flatten it into an even layer using a greased spatula.
Cut into squares or diamonds while the mixture is still warm.
