2tspLemon Juice

Instructions
How to make Bottle Gourd Juice | Lauki Juice Recipe for weight loss:
Firstly, peel and chop the lauki/bottle gourd into small pieces.
Further, take chopped bottle gourd aka lauki, ginger, Fresh Mint Leaves, Black Pepper Powder, Lemon Juice, Cumin Seed Powder / Jeera Powder, Salt, and 1 cup of Water in a blender.
Now blend it into a smooth paste or puree.
After that add one more cup of water and a few ice cubes and blend smooth.
Now strain the bottle gourd juice using a juice strainer.
Finally, pour lauki juice or ghiya juice or dudhi juice into a glass with a few ice cubes and serve immidiately.
Notes
Firstly, If you want more flavour then add a few coriander leaves along with mint.
Secondly, add fresh amla cubes to make lauki ka juice more healthy and tasty.
For weight loss, drink this lauki ka juice first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
