  • 2 cups Lauki / Bottle Gourd / Ghiya / Dudhi
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Mint Leaves
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp Cumin Seed Powder / Jeera Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 cups Water
  • ½ cup Ice Cubes

How to make Bottle Gourd Juice | Lauki Juice Recipe for weight loss:

  • Firstly, peel and chop the lauki/bottle gourd into small pieces.
  • Further, take chopped bottle gourd aka lauki, ginger, Fresh Mint Leaves, Black Pepper Powder, Lemon Juice, Cumin Seed Powder / Jeera Powder, Salt, and 1 cup of Water in a blender.
  • Now blend it into a smooth paste or puree.
  • After that add one more cup of water and a few ice cubes and blend smooth.
  • Now strain the bottle gourd juice using a juice strainer.
  • Finally, pour lauki juice or ghiya juice or dudhi juice into a glass with a few ice cubes and serve immidiately.

Notes

  • Firstly, If you want more flavour then add a few coriander leaves along with mint.
  • Secondly, add fresh amla cubes to make lauki ka juice more healthy and tasty.
  • For weight loss, drink this lauki ka juice first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
