Vegetable Namkeen Jave Recipe or Namkeen vermicelli (javey/sevai) is a tasty and delicious dish. It’s an easy recipe to make a dish that can be quickly prepared for breakfast.
We need roasted jave if you want to save time. both versions i.e. unroasted and roasted are available in the market and we would recommend you to buy the roasted ones.
Many families, especially, the old generation make this raw jawe with their hand, at home itself. i have seen my mother making them and drying them in an open area under the bright sun. if you want, you can also try it, but it would take a lot of time.
My recipe for making vegetable namkeen jave recipe (namkeen semiya recipe | vermicelli upma recipe) is as traditional as jave itself. This recipe is very simple, has not many ingredients, and is still very satisfying.
