Soaking Time may differ for Sabudana / Sago
The soaking time of sabudana is extremely important for this sabudana vada recipe or sabudana cutlet recipe. Sabudana comes in different sizes that’s why soaking time may differ.
Soak the Tapioca pearls or sago for 5-6 hours in the water in a container. The water level should be just 1 cm above the sabudana in the container. If sabudana or sago is not soaked properly it may burst while frying or sago will not cook properly.
Navratri’s special Sabudana Aloo Cutlets Recipe or Sabudana Tikki Recipe is one of the easiest Fast Recipes to make when you’re fasting. If you are making it for any vrat or fast, then you should use Sendha Namak also known as Rock Salt instead of the normal salt.
